Auto Insurance
If you have been involved in an auto accident, and your current problems are related to that accident, a Colorado law went into effect Jan. 1 2009, requiring insurance companies to include a minimum amount of medical payment coverage on all automobile insurance policies issued in the state.
Often called “med-pay” for short, Medical Payment Coverage is a type of insurance, which provides at least $5,000 coverage for (each person) the insured driver and passengers to pay for injuries sustained in a car accident, regardless of who is at fault.
Did you fall getting out of your car, or did you hurt your back getting groceries out of the trunk? Your automobile insurance may cover these expenses as well.
