Castle Rock, 2002 –  Dr David Boyd of the Boyd Chiropractic Family Wellness Center recently was honored at the with the 2002 Distinguished Service Award at the Colorado Chiropractic Association's (CCA) 68th Annual State Convention in September.

The award was for “Outstanding Service to the Colorado Chiropractic Association and the Community”. Dr Boyd provided chiropractic healthcare and coordinated services for 700 firefighters during the Hayman fire.

Ten other doctors of chiropractic and three friends of chiropractic were honored with awards during the Colorado Chiropractic Association's (CCA) 68th Annual State Convention on September 14, 2002.

The Colorado Chiropractic Association is the professional association of choice for Colorado doctors of chiropractic since 1917. Currently, the CCA represents the 1,600 doctors of chiropractic practicing in Colorado today.

Dr Boyd is a Palmer College of Chiropractic Graduate and it is his 19th year in practice. He and his family have made their home here in Castle Rock since 1983.
